Why we represent one project at a time
Most agencies spread their attention across dozens of listings. We made the opposite choice, and this project is the reason.

Bayhaven represents a single project: Céline Wongamat, an 8-floor condominium of 126 residences on Soi Naklua 16/3 in Pattaya. That is the whole portfolio. When we describe a residence type, a floor plan, or a travel time on this site, it comes from the published documents for this one building — not from a template applied to a hundred others.
The practical difference shows up in the questions buyers actually ask. Which residence types have a documented floor plan? The project source materials reference distinct plans for Type A, A+, AA, A+A, B, B Corner, C and D; A Corner uses the Type A plan. What is really five minutes away? The project documentation gives approximate times — Wongamat Beach is approximately two minutes by car, Terminal 21 Pattaya five, Central Festival Pattaya Beach ten. Answers like these are easy to give when there is only one project to know completely.
What "published" means here
Throughout the site we mark information as published or illustrative. Published means it appears in the developer's issued documents: the brochure, the floor-plan set, the specification summaries. Illustrative means an architectural rendering — useful for orientation, but not a promise about finishes or dimensions. Every residence page separates the two, and the rendered views carry a note saying exactly what they are.
One project also means one point of contact. Enquiries about availability, viewings, or documents reach the same small team that prepared the information on this site, and come back with answers drawn from the same published record. The Continuity of Clarity is how the developer frames the building; it is also a fair description of how we work.
One project. Our full attention.
